Everything in the Her Soft Reset shop is a digital product — planners, templates, ebooks and journals delivered as instant downloads. Because you get immediate access to the files and they can’t be returned, this policy explains when a refund is possible.
All sales are final once downloaded
As soon as your payment goes through, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your order email. Once a file has been downloaded, the purchase can’t be refunded or exchanged. Please read each product description before you buy so you know exactly what’s included.
When we will refund you
- You haven’t downloaded it yet. If you ask within 14 days of purchase and the file hasn’t been downloaded, we’ll refund you in full.
- You bought the same product twice by mistake. We’ll refund the duplicate order.
- The file doesn’t work. If a file is damaged, won’t open or is missing pages, contact us within 14 days. We’ll send a working copy, and if we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you.
How to ask for help or a refund
Email softreset@mysoftreset.org with your order number and a short note about what happened. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
Can’t find your download?
Check your spam or promotions folder for the order email, or log in to My Account and open Downloads. Still stuck? Email us — we’re happy to resend your files.
Customers in the UK and EU
Digital content normally comes with a 14-day right to cancel. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate access to your files, and you understand that once the download begins you lose that right to cancel. The protections above for files that don’t work still apply.

Products are licensed for your personal use only. Please don’t share, resell or redistribute the files.
